Medicare Partners is a program administered statewide by the Seven County Minnesota Senior Federation (previously administered through Senior Community Services). 

• Callers who use Medicare Partners healthcare partners for Medicare-approved services are eligible to have the balance on medical services and treatments (after Medicare payment) waived as long as income and asset guidelines are met. 
• Medicare Partners has partnered with many hospitals statewide including most major metropolitan area hospitals and hundreds of clinics statewide. These healthcare providers have agreed to consider a waiver of Medicare deductibles, coinsurance, and co-payments.
• Medicare Partners is not insurance, HMO, PPO, or a Medicare supplement. This program does not pay bills. To receive support, enrollees must use Medicare Partners medical health care provider partners, and the service or care to be provided must be allowed by Medicare. Most treatments or services received from a healthcare partner that are covered by Medicare should be covered by this program.
