When to use:
Guidance on how to document outreach activities.
Mailed materials:
If a provider calls in requesting Senior LinkAge Line materials such as kiosk cards be mailed or delivered to their facility, document the interaction within the CTS.

This will help if the provider calls back because they didn't get the mailing, wants more in the future, and some regions may triage requests to other staff in their region via CTS tasks.
Outreach event:
Examples: presentations, radio, booths, etc.
- Document the outreach event in the Event portal
- Enter the total time needed to arrange for and conduct the outreach event
- Please remember to go back to the event using the left navigation menu in CTS after it is held to record the number of attendees.
You only need to enter in-person one-on-one Medicare counseling into the CTS event if it was part of a dedicated enrollment activity. The activity must be Enrollment Event. You must always enter one-on-one counseling in the CTS.
