 When to use: 

You can listen to previous calls, review evaluations, or view the activities of your queues in Genesys under the Performance tab > Workspace.

 How to use: 

Using the top navigation bar in Genesys, go to Performance > Workspace.

On the left, there is a menu with several different views that will appear.

Once you click on the view you want to see, it will open a new tab in the top bar. You can select the "+" to open a new tab and get the menu options on the left again. You can have multiple tabs open at once, and they will stay available to you until you close them, even if you logout of Genesys and log back in the next day.
