How to: Genesys - Troubleshooting notifications

 When to use: 

If you are unable to receive desktop notifications from Genesys, use these steps to troubleshoot. 

 

 Focus Assist: 

Make sure focus assist is turned off to ensure you are receiving all Genesys notifications. The video briefly touches upon Focus Assist at the 3:00 minute mark. 

If you have Windows 10, right click *notifications icon on your desktop (bottom right corner next to your time and date), hover over **"Focus Assist" and select "Off".

If you have Windows 11, you will need to right click on the notifications icon, select notification settings, and then make sure "Do Not Disturb" is toggled off.
