Medicare Part D Plans
Medicare Part D is outpatient prescription drug coverage for people on Medicare. Coverage is provided by private insurance companies with a Medicare contract. You can get coverage through a stand-alone plan or as a part of a Medicare health plan.

ClearSpring has a benchmark plan but they are under sanction and cannot enroll anyone.
People who are not enrolled in a benchmark plan and are dually eligible or have Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) or Medicare Savings Program (MSP) in 2025 will need to pay a premium, and amounts may vary. Please make sure to inform those people enrolled in LIS/MSP or are dually eligible about this change.
